Dear- thanks for using our service and will help you with my medical advise. I understand that you have constipation but have not seen blood in the stool. You also had pain during urination and was treated with medication that did not solve it. You should increase the water and cranberry juice intake. Also increase fruits and fiber in your diet to help the constipation. If you still with same problems, you will need a urine sample for urine culture to isolate the bacteria that is giving the pain in urination and get antibiotics agains it. If you continue with constipation, you will need to see a gastroenterologist for a possible colonoscopy .
I hope that my advise has been helpful
